Aluminum Roof Enclosures
Screen enclosures with aluminum roofs offer the same benefits as our screened
roof enclosures with the added advantage of a fully shaded area for your
expanding living. Aluminum roofs shield you from rainfall and harmful
UV rays. We use quality materials for the aluminum frame structure
and offer both insulated structural poly roof enclosures and non-insulated
pan roof enclosures. Insulated structural poly pan roofs provide
a quiet insulated roof with an R-14 insulation value and allow for skylights
and fan beams. Non-insulated pan roof enclosures can't not be walked
on and do not include skylights.
Features:
- Premium grade screen cloth that lasts up to three times longer.
- The strongest alloy aluminum 6061-T61 on the market that sustains
150 mph winds.
- An aluminum snap-lock framing system that hides 80% of the screws
- Exclusive DuPont powder coated paint that's up to 300 percent thicker
than the standard.
- Larger size roof beams and wall uprights, supported by factory installed
bracing for quality assurance.
- Screws with a thermoset finish, color-stable top coats, and chemically
bonded basecoats to minimize corrosion.
- EZ drain doors between each vertical screen wall allow rainwater
to ooze out quickly eliminating mildew and corrosion of the bottom
channel.
- Diverters to keep excess roof water in the gutter and prevent overspills
that cause mildew.
- Masonry concrete footers are place 18 inches deep as opposed
to the standard 12 inches for greater resistance under extreme wind conditions.

debris so hurricane winds can pass through is made easy with removable
panels. Putting the power of preparedness in you're your hands.
- Pet screen for greater durability below chair rail for protection
against damage caused by pets and weedwackers.
- Pet doors - available for small, medium and large pets.
- Kick plates - available in a variety of heights (8", 12",
16", 20", 24", 30"and 36")
- Florida glass - laminated screening with a translucent vinyl
to keep sprinklers and ground dirt out, great for privacy. Available
in Shade (40-50%), Sunscreen (70%), Suntex 80 (80%), or Suntex 90 (90%)
- Shade screen - great for the western exposure or an area in your
screen roof to shade a seating area below.
