Q1: What makes Screen Builders different from other contractors?

Screen Builders is different for three reasons.

Screen Builders has over 20 years experience and a favorable reputation with homeowners and premier homebuilders alike due to the integrity of our products and service.

We invests in research and development to continually improve our products, materials and engineering skills to bring our customers enclosures that can withstand all weather conditions.

Screen Builders uses quality materials to deliver quality products.

Q2. Does Screen Builders offer any financing programs?

No we don't, however, like any home improvement we do recommend financing your screen enclosure as you would any home improvement. If the enclosure payment is a part of your home mortgage than you are paying for the screen on terms of usage - financed over 30 years let's say. If you sell your home the remaining payments are absorbed by the new homeowner and you have increased the value and pleasure of your home in having this extended living area.

Q3 Do you handle installation yourself or subcontract it out?

We have trained installers that are employees or Screen Builders. This is a benefit to you as it ensures that workers have proper insurance coverage including workman's compensation if they are harmed on your property. Secondly, employee installers are more likely to be experienced and trained providing a higher level of quality control. We also practice a drug-free policy and screening of employees to ensure the safety of all employees working in the field.

Q4 Do I need to pull a building permit?

In Palm Beach and Broward building permits are required. Screen Builders has dedicated personnel that run these permits for our customers on a regular basis. This is just one more service we offer our customers to make your experience with Screen Builders professional and pleasurable.
